Brief Answer:
Sperm count and analysis is normal but there is likely urogenital infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Your semen analysis report shows normal total sperm concentration 180 million per mL.

Motility percentage is 90 percent and 80 percent is progressively motile and is good.

Your sperms show normal morphology 70 per cent and is good.

The only problem in the test result is pus cells and red blood cells. This can be due to infection in urogenital tract. Please discuss in detail with your doctor and take treatment if infection is confirmed.

Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
