What Do The Following HIV Test Reports Indicate?

My query is as follows: I had one sexual contact with one Unknown HIV status lady on 7-8 Feb night. It was my first sexual contact ( veginal sex with condom but not confirmed the status of condom after act and fingering along with deep kiss)other then my wife and I always used to believe to be monogamous. After few days I started feeling guilty in front of my wife and about a month past the incidence I opened up in front of my wife and accepted my fault. After doing this I felt bit relaxed and I committed that this was the first and last sin from my end.
Sir after this I started having fear for HIV and met with one psychologist and he advised me to clear my doubt with an HIV antibody test Rapid card and i took the same after 35 days of incidence and it came back negative.
I took my second test on 14th XXXXXXX and approximately 101 days of incidence and again it was Negative with rapid card.
I took my third Rapid card test on 174th day of incidence with same rapid card and it also turned up Negative.
Sir after that I took two more test which were CMIA Antibody test from Dr Lal Path Labs on 176th day and at complete 6 month means 180 days after incidence.
Both were non reactive with index value of .14 and .08 respectively.
Sir can I consider myself HIV negative after above these testings.
Few more things I would like to bring in notice that due to stress and anxiety I was on antidepressant therapy in the mean time and also using Alcohol on daily basis to relieve myself from fear.
Can these two factor delayed the seroconversion beyond 6 months.or do they have any impact on seroconversion.
Apart from it I am a healthy person with no prior medical history.
Sir can I resume sex with wife if I am ok.
I took opinion of few other dr's but need final words from your end.
Regards
You are free from HIV infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
There is nothing to worry.
You had protected vaginal sex along with fingering and deep kissing. Your HIV risk is negligible only. That too the possibility of this negligible risk had been ruled by your test beyond any doubt.
Negative Rapid test, CMIA tests 90 days after the exposure are very much conclusive. That too, you had these tests 4 times after 90 days after the risk contact. All came no-reactive. So you are free from HIV infection 100% sure. No further tests are necessary. The drugs taken for depression and alcohol would not have any impact on the outcome of test reports.
You can very well resume sex with your wife. Enjoy your days. Don't waste your precious days.

I have uploaded my last two reports of 176 and 180 days CMIA,requesting for one look of your over it.
One more query sir- in my last rapid test of kit I demanded the used kit for my serum from labs and I received the same after 6-7 hours after testing. Report given by labs was Negative but as I was very anxious so was looking it again and again and could observe a very very faint line a kind of evaporated line on testing part but it was mentioned over kit that "Negative at 20 min" so I was afraid off and got another two test of CMIA after it from Lal path labs and were Non reactive result received.Does it mean anything?
And sir one more thing that being a daily drinker in last 4-5 months can it affect the sero conversion.
I will be oblized with your response.Asking my all minute worries as I am bit anxious.
Your reply will help me.
Regards
You are free from HIV 1 and 2 infection. Need no further testing.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
CMIA test is more advanced, 4th generation and reliability is near 100%. So two negative CMIA after 90 days clearly ruled out the possibility of both HIV 1 and 2 beyond any doubt.
In rapid test card 3 dots or line will be there. one is control showing line or dot always seen even in the absence of HIV to compare the reactive line. You have to worry only when the line or dot appears on either HIV 1 or 2 slot.
CMIA tests had ruled out HIV with you. Not to worry.

Please suggest.
And also please suggest does alcohol affect seroconversion.
Thanks I advance.
Your reports are more reliable
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Alcohol has no effect on the seroconversion.
So nothing to worry.
CMIA is a more advanced technique and more reliable.
Regarding the Rapid test interpretation, consult a microbiologist or lab. Expert in your place.
