                                    Brief Answer:
Hysteroscopy with laproscopy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and reports and understand your concerns.
In your report as it is showing uterine synechaie, you should go for hysteroscopy so it can be used to removed it as well as diagnostic also.
Laproscopy can be used to open the blocked fallopian tube.
The pregnancy symptoms can be due to pelvic infection or due to hormonal changes.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
Regards

I had attached the results of my FSH,LH & prolactin. what does the result say.
Does it mean i cannot conceive naturally with the results i have. what are the options i have assuming we can't afford surgery? are there natural ways of getting them out

                                    Brief Answer:
Reports are normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
I have gone through your reports and you are having a normal hormonal levels and you can conceive at these level.
But as we discuss before you have to go for a hysteroscopy and laproscopy.
And their is no natural method to resolve your problem and you can only conceive after these procedures.
So in my opinion you should consult a Gynecologist and get hysteroscopy and laparoscopy test done as early as possible.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
