Question : hello I had an mri and eeg of the brain done in mid july due to zoning out , laughing inappropriately and tics everything was negative. for the past few weeks my head has been aching daily prior I have also had weeks of crying spells . one day , my head started aching while I was having crying spells. it has not stopped since. there was a week of nausea worse in the morning and occurring throught the day. I no longer feel that nausea. I have another MRI with contrast (the previous one was done without a contrast) this Friday. I should not I have a history of anxiety and depression. I also was on geodone from XXXXXXX to may. Ive been dealing with anxiety and vocal tics ever since. My question though is What is the likelihood that what I am experiencing is the formation of a brain tumor could it be possible that one formed since July.

Brief Answer:
Almost zero.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

However (fortunately) considering the fact that you had an MRI less than 3 months ago I would say the chances of the symptoms being due to a tumor are almost zero. While a tumor can in some occasions manifest with behavior changes, for a tumor to affect behavior and mood, it should reach a certain size, it doesn't manifest that way when it is of a microscopic size undetectable by the MRI, it would not cause any symptoms.
The fluctuating course goes against that as well, a tumor has a progressively increasing course.
I guess the MRI with contrast will give you some peace of mind, but in the meantime shouldn't worry much about that.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
