I have seen the MRI reports and prescription of your brother.

These are suggestive of minor abnormalities in brain, which could be the cause of his seizures. He needs medical treatment for 2-3 years, to prevent the recurrence of his seizures. There is no need to worry, as he would be alright with treatment.
