please find reports
Brief Answer:
proper diet and exercise should help
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back,
Sorry for the delay in replying you,
I have gone through the attached reports carefully,
The reports show a slight increase in your serum cholesterol levels. The rest of the parameters in lipid profile shows variations which is related to this.
I would suggest you to do the following:
- Daily brisk walking for 45mins is a must or you may also choose other forms of exercise like cardio, aerobics etc. which is the best option to break down fat.
- consume a diet comprising of greens, fruits, fiber, seafood. It is always advisable to cut down on meat, take aways, fried foods, snacks etc.
- substitute the usual cooking oil with olive oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, which contain unsaturated fats which is good for health.
- For now, I wouldn't advise any medical help, as for your age and your levels, it should resolve wit proper diet and exercise.
- Repeat your lipid profile after 3 months, and if this doesn't seem to have made any changes yet, you can then consider starting on statins.
Hope this helps
Please feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
Explained below..
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back,
As per your liver function test reports, you seem to show high values of only SGPT, which is also not significantly elevated. Your levels does not indicate any pattern of disease, but it may indicate the initial stages of fatty liver.
For now, I would suggest you to do the following:
- consume only well boiled or clean water for drinking.
- avoid alcohol or any hepatotoxic drugs.
- also take Tab Liv 52 twice daily for a month
- consume a low fat diet and more of fruits and vegetables.
- Recheck the value after one month.
Hope this helps
