Brief Answer:
Your findings may suggests raised lymphocyte count.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings may suggests raised lymphocyte count. However, total WBC count is normal.Normal value of lymphocytes in our blood is 20 to 40 percent of all WBC. Raised lymphocyte may be due to viral infection etc.
It is generally a self limiting condition.

It is important to know your sympotms and reason for investigations.
Other findings like hemoglobin level,RBC,MCH,MCHC,PCV,MCV etc are normal.
Platelet count and ESR are also normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
