Question : I have done blood test and doctor have provided me name of medicine and injection please advise i have attached pic of report and injections

You reports suggest that you are having vitamin B12 deficiency.
You physician has prescribed proper medications.
You need neurobion injections as recommended, but i couldn't understand the tablet your physician prescribed.
You also need to take proper diet like brown rice,dates,boiled vegetables,fish,fruits.
