Question : Hi, I recently when through full body diagnostic test and found some parameters deviated from baseline .can you please provide guidance on how severe this is and what needs to be done to make it under treshold.
Brief Answer:
Nothing seriously alarming...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have attached 3 reports here - complete blood count, lipid profile and liver function test. Each revealed some abnormal finding. However none of those abnormalities are concerning and relevant. And you need not be overly worried.
I will suggest you to start physical exercise; maintain weight within normal BMI standards, avoid alcohol. Avoid high fat and high sugar (glycemic index) food. You may repeat lipid profile after following these suggestions for 3 months. If values especially triglycerides remain high, you may discuss about starting medications then.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
