Brief Answer:
There is increase in WBCs & neutrophil-suggests bacterial infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The blood report that you have posted is that of total white blood count and absolute values of different types of white blood cells.
The white blood cells are increased in number with increase in absolute number of neutrophils.
This picture is suggestive of infection, most commonly bacterial infection.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care

How long can bacteria infection stay in your system. The reason I ask ... my WBC was 13.2 in February and now 15.8. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

Brief Answer:
It is unlikely for bacterial infection to stay for so long.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Bacterial infection clears away once it is treated with antibiotics.
It is unlikely for bacterial infection to stay for so long.
Probably there is some other cause of elevated white blood counts and neutrophils.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment to look for cause of elevated counts.

Thanks and take care
