What Do The Following Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Hi,
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the attached reports of your wife in detail.
These are the parameters which i could see of concern according to her reports
1] Iron levels are low
I suggest her to start on iron supplements
2] raised Serum alkaline phosphatase,
Need not worry as any recent unknown infection also causes the change,
You can repeat this test after 6 months to reassure.
3] Decreased vitamin D levels
Very low, Let her start on both vitamin D3 supplements right away for 3 to 6 months. With good exposure to sun light.
4] Variation in blood parameters like
MONOCYTES
BASOPHILS
MEAN CORP.HEMO.CONC(MCHC)
RED CELL DISTRIBUTION
RED CELL DISTRIBUTION
Need not be concerned of this as negligible variation levels is seen Any query do follow up.
Take care.

I have one more question. My wife's period cycle is getting delayed from last 2 times. this time it is delayed for almost over 24-25 days(it was due on 25th Feb, last time she had it on 25th Jan) and still she is waiting. We have also consulted with a gynecologist and she prescribed a tablet named "MEPRTE" for five days. My wife already taken 3 dose out of 5.
Can you please provide your feedback for the same.
Finish the dose
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow up,
Let her continue the tablet and finish the 5 days course. After stopping the pill she'll get her periods in 3 days. If the same continues then she'll have to get a scan abdomen done to rule out any chances of PCOD and take a course of hormonal pills for 3 to 6 months cycle.
Any issue do follow up,
Take care.
