Question : Hi Sir,

Your have previously viewed my reports and answered me I have a follow up question.
My reports show that I am vitamin d inssuficient and I am using Drise weekly once ,Is this ok or should I take any multi vitamin tablet .

I am planning to take 1 egg daily will that help?

I am getting headache it could be becasue of vitamin d issue only

Also what time I should stand in sun ?

When I need to do blood test again when will it improve ?

I am using have gastric irritation using PAN 40 mg and Aco trust 100 mg twice daily will I have any side affect using these medicines
For headache doctor gave me nexto forte 10 mg for 35 days almost 20 days over ,will I have any side affect using that

* Vitamin D supplement once every week is sufficient . * Additional intake of multivitamin will support without harm .

* Boiled egg once a day would be fine .

* Early morning sun rays are best .

* Paracetamol is better for headache whenever needed .

* Follow up report of vitamin D level at 3 months .

Can you please suggest any multivitamin tablet I can use which is rich in b12 and vitamin D or any generic one which works for me also fine ?Can I use Zincovit ?

* Consuming Pan and Aco trust will not produce any side effects .
* Zincovit contains 7.5 mcg of B12 and vitamin D3 400 IU so not recommended
for your case .

* Recommended for you is to continue current vitamin D3 ( D Rise containing
60,000 IU ) needed to meet the deficient state along with
Capsule Becosule Z ( Pfizer ) available on OTC basis once daily which contains
15 mcg of B12 and other supportive vitamins in good extent .
