Brief Answer:
See below!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed these results fully.

1. Your kidneys are actually on the down side. This has been consistent through out all the tests and it is something that you should take seriously. Getting appropriate management for all conditions that could worsen this such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. is capital. The best person to monitor and manage this will be a nephrologist.

2. PSA is high but not consistently rising, The current is 10, down from 15. This means it might not be clearly worrisome as before but requires continued monitoring to see if further exploration and investigations would be warranted.

3. Your blood sugar is out of the normal range. As someone with diabetes, we look forward to values less than 110 during fasting. Also, have you had your glycated hemoglobin measured before? I will like to see this as it offers long term understanding of glucose control.

4. I will suggest you don’t do any further testings any soon. The added value is minimal and they cost fortunes. Be relaxed and follow stipulated advise.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as need be.

Brief Answer:
BUN and serum creatinine!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

BUN and creatinine are to evaluate renal function. You can see the son both reports and note that they are higher than the normal values and have been so on the past reports.

Let me know if this is clear with you!
