Brief Answer:
Abnormalities explained.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
The only abnormalities found in your results are
1. traces of blood in the urine.
2. A mildly elevated Serum creatinine and a mildly decreased eGFR, an estimated measurement of Glomerular Filtration Rate, a measure of the blood cleaning capability of the kidneys. This may mean that you have a renal disease which mildly impairs your kidney function.
If you were having your periods when the urine test was tested, it is normal to have traces of blood in the urine.
If not and you are not known to have any kidney disease or urinary stone disease, it is better to have it repeated.
The actual kidney function can be done through a 24 hour urine creatinine clearance test.
LDL cholesterol is high as per the lab standards but if you do not have diabetes or heart disease, it is not at a level warranting treatment.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.

Thank you. I was still bleeding a little due to my period. Ive never had any health problems. My lab test I had last year were normal, so these results are very concerning.

Brief Answer:
Welcome

Detailed Answer:
Relax. You could repeat the urine examination and serum creatinine 1 week after your period stops. These ought to be normal and put your mind at ease.
Best wishes,
