Thanks for your query.

You have not mentioned anything about your symptoms. That would have helped us interpret the results better. However, what I could make out that there is some fluid in the abdomen. This, coupled with liver function alteration, suggest either a primary liver problem, or cardiac problem.

There is also high eosinophils and monocytes in blood, which can be due to some allergic response.

If you can describe the problems in detail, we may be able to help you further.
