Brief Answer:
Ovulation induction advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If one fails to conceive even if all the investigations are normal, then it is known as unexplained infertility.
The treatment for unexplained infertility is ovulation induction drugs , intrauterine insemination ( IUI) or in vitro fertilization ( IVF), to be done stepwise.
The fertile period starts from day 8 of the periods and is upto day 22.
I will suggest you to consult an infertility specialist and go for ovulation induction as the first step. IUI should be done if ovulation induction fails for 6 cycles.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
