Question : I did some lab work yesterday because I am always so tired my results are below. Give me a minute

Your TSH seems fine.

The ESR is mildly elevated. There can be numerous causes for this, the most common being anemia.
However ESR can be a very non-specific test and a thorough physical examination is necessary to put it in perspective.

The Ferritin should be interpreted in light of the normal range given for your laboratory which may even have gender-specific ranges.
