Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I had gone through your question diligently and I really appreciate your concern
Looking at your description, your symptoms are pointing towards a respiratory problem like asthma or lung disease
If possible for you please upload all your reports so that I will be able to guide you more accurately

Here I would like further information to establish a conclusive diagnosis
Do you have running nose or nasal congestion
shortness of breath is there for throughout the day or it appears in episodes?

Stomach upset can be caused by medicines you taking for cold, as your doctor must have given you NSAIDS group of drugs

if I were your treating doctor I would have advised you take anti acidity medicines like.pantoprazole or omeprazole group of drugs with antacids

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Try to Avoid dusty environment and all kind of allergens
deep breathing exercises
Gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash

Hope this helps you please feel free to ask for follow up question and further clarification I will gladly answer you

wish you good health

Hello
Thanks for your reply
You can very easily upload the reports by clicking on upload an image on right side of your computer screen or you can email it to YYYY@YYYY with subject 'For Dr BR Hudda'

Looking at your history it looks like asthma or respiratory disease.
I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them for pulmonary function test for confirmation of diagnosis

Please upload the reports so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

Best wishes

Please consider these advise

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
Thanks a lot for your reply u and reports you have attached

Shortness of breath of short duration (last 20/23 days) with all normal reports and normal lung function test, pointing towards the Asthma triggered by local Allergy

In my opinion you should try to find out any recent changes in clothes, perfumes or cosmetic products or dusty environment
You should avoid such a trigger if you could identify any?

This doesn't seem to be major problem, continue with the inhaler and medicines for the cold your doctor has advised you
Deep breathing exercises in early morning hours And Swimming is advisable.

Hope this helps you
Please write back to me if anything not clear otherwise you can close the discussion if you are satisfied with the conversation
Best wishes
