I have seen the attached reports. You have a high hemoglobin levels with increased lymphocytes and a normal CRP levels. This is likely to be due to a chronic infection. It can be related to chronic osteomyelitis that you had.
The pain ion the knee is related to an inflammation. Doing a hot compress will help.
