If your husband's sperm counts are normal then you should not really have any problems conceiving through natural methods even, once ovulation is regularised or even assisted.
Acne can be controlled with local herbal products like aloe vera. But if you are planning conception, then you should be on TAB FOLIC ACID supplementation already 5mg daily hence to avoid any congenital anomalies in your child once your conceive.

The semen analysis should be ideally done after 3 days of abstinence from sex. If the reports are normal then you should opt for a DUMMY CYCLE follicular monitoring from day 2 of your next cycle to evaluate growth of follicles naturally without any ovulation induction drugs.
If the follicular growth is inadequate during this DUMMY CYCLE, then from next cycle you can be started on ovulation inducing drugs like clomiphene citrate to ensure ovulation on time during mid cycle.
