Question : I have a foetus on my left ovary possibly 7/8 weeks heart rate is 139 is no free fluid in pelvis however my right ovary is 59cm in volume and now has two small cysts after being normal 4 weeks ago

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the attached reports.
There is nothing to worry as these are simple cysts and will go by themselves or if you are really bothered then can take oral contraceptive pills for hormone regulation.
In general just relax as it has no implication in case it disappears after 3 months in repeat ultrasound.
