Question : Hi,
My daughter is having lymph node and we checked her in few hospitals.Doctors told us that lymph node is not serious, but we need to operate to remove node.Attached contains report and pic. Could you please suggest us.

Thanks for your query.

I understand your concerns. As per ultrasound report description I feel that it is more likely to be a congenital cyst. Less likely to be a lymph node or cancer.

Fnac may not be much informative, as it would yield mainly the fluid inside. So surgical removal is the preferred procedure. Not only will it give the final diagnosis when it will be sent for biopsy, but if it is a congenital cyst, the treatment too will be over.
