Question : Hi doctor, you had replied to my back pain related query - "You can do a Nerve Conduction Study to find whether the Pain is due to compression of Nerve Roots or due to some other cause"

I have gone through this test already and have attached report. Let me know if you think anything else can be done now.

Brief Answer:
X Ray in Flexion, extension, neutral positions

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

now you can be certain that the pain is not due to nerve compression

it can be due to
1. instability
2. musculoskeletal

to rule out instability
you need to do

X Ray LS Spine
AP view
Lateral view in flexion, extension, neutral positions

if there is instability, we have to fix it
else we have to treat musculoskeletal pain
