Brief Answer:
TLC and DLC along with GHB results need to be uploaded for more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The normal vitamin B12 range is between 187-883 pg/mL
Level between 100- 187 is seen in people on follow up for vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Thus, if you are taking vitamin B 12 supplements, the levels are improving and it needs to be continued.
RCDW is slightly raised and it indicates mild variation in sizes of red blood cells.
Lymphocytes of 46% can be interpreted if you post total leukocyte count (TLC) and differential counts (DLC).
Mean plasma glucose of 117 mg/dL is near normal but it can be more informative if you could post the result of glycosylated (GHB) hemoglobin.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
TG are increased, need to be reduced by diet control and exervising.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
I have gone through your reports.
The TLC is within range.
Lymphocytes up to 46% is slightly raised but there is no absolute increase in lymphocytes.
There is increase in triglycerides (TGs).
Triglycerides can be reduced by decreasing fatty foods in diet and exercising.
RDW f 15% is also not alarming since hemoglobin and hematocrit are within range.

Thanks and take care
