Question : Iam 55 years, Sgpt is 54,sgot 41.5 and GGTP 78.please interpret if normal or high
Brief Answer:
Normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I find your liver enzymes non worrisome and commonly noticed during regular evaluation. You may notice them out of the range in your lab report, they have to be correlated.
So all it means is lab interpretation is sometimes futile and does not mean anything without correlating with clinical symptoms and proper history.
Let me know if you have any questions.
