Question : I underwent Annual Health Check-up recently. i am uploading test report for review and doctor consultation.

Major Outliers are listed below
1. Vitamin D Deficient
2. COMPLETE HAEMOGRAM
3. URINE ROUTINE AND MICROSCOPY
4. LIPID Profile
5. LFT

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I have evaluated your reports and following are the main concerns:

1. High Triglyceride levels.
2. Liver dysfunction
3. Vitamin D deficiency.

Following are my recommendations for you:

1. Exercise, low fat diet for cholesterol control. Repeat it after 2 months and write back to me.

2. Get your Ultrasound Abdomen , Hepatitis B and C checked to rule out cause of deranged Liver function.

3. Vitamin D XXXXXXX 60 K to be taken once a week for 3 months initially
