Question : Please take a look at my lab report for my thyroid and tell me if I should be concerned:
Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
I do not see anything worrisome on the attached laboratory report. It has TSH and different thyroid hormone levels. They are all within normal limits.
However, the broader picture is also important. For example, do you have any thyroid condition for which you are taking any medication.
Next, the opportunity to perform a physical examination is key to ensure there is nothing to be concerned about generally as well as specifically from a thyroid perspective.
No

I've been extremely tired and unable to lose weight despite working out and changing my diet. doesn't my T3 appear to be at the lower end of the normal range as well as my TSH?
Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
I follow what are saying and I am sorry to learn about your challenges with weight loss.
The thyroid labs are fine. Even though they may appear a certain way to you but from a scientific standpoint there are deemed within normal limits.
There are a few more hormone related causes of weight gain. You may wish to see an endocrinologist in person who can have the opportunity to examine you and see if testing for the following conditions is necessary because these are very uncommon medical problems:
Cushing's syndrome
Acromegaly
