What Do The Following Urine And Blood Pregnancy Test Results Indicate?

Question: Got the following results from a pregnancy test as period hasn't been seen this year at all. Spoke with a doctor over the phone after and he said I may be pregnant or it could be something else. My partner and I are confused AND VERY WORRIED. Please help with some information. Below you will find the test results. Thanks in anticipation.

First, if value of Bhcg is only 1, it means that you aren't pregnant.
Second, other than pregnancy are many reasons causing delay to missed periods and such of them are :
Excess stress
Weight loss or gain
Changing schedules
Hormonal imbalances ect
Hence if you have irregular periods with missed for more than one year please contact with a gynecologist in your zone.
