Brief Answer:
It's a case of active UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
XXXX's urinary infection is significant, according to the reports.
Obviously she has active UTI (urinary infection).
It needs treatment with one of the sensitive antibiotics, as seen in the report.
One week course of oral quinolone is advised and preferred in such infections.
The UTI has no relation to the laporoscopic surgery.

She should drink about two liters of fluids daily.
Wish her well.

Brief Answer:
We don't recommend any company product.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

We don't recommend any particular company.
Tell your doctor to prescribe a standard company product.
The dosage will depend on her body weight.
That can be advised, if you write her body weight.

Answered by Dr. Matthew J. Mangat (12 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Low body weight.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Her body weight is quite low.
Try to get her blood tests, including thyroid profile tests done.
In her case,Levofloxacin 5oomg once daily for about 5 days, may suffice.
In case she's had more than two episodes of UTI in last one year, she must've an
Ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine done.
You may send the report here,in my name, for an expert opinion.

Wishing her well.
