Brief Answer:
Calcification and scar(fibrosis) may be due to infection, occupational etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Calcification and scar(fibrosis)are generally sequel of infection. It is a healed stage and it is not active at all.Infection naturally heals by calcification and fibrosis.
However other causes may be occupation related etc.

This specific finding generally doesn't require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
Generally it is not a serious finding.
