What Do These AST And ALT Values Indicate?

Question : My ast is 37 and alt is 74. 4 weeks ago these numbers were 48 and 86 so they are coming down. I drink 2 glasses of wine nightly and am stopping that effective today. Do you feel that it is reasonable to expect further reduction? I want to postpone an ultrasound if I reasonably can.
