What Do These BP And Heart Rate Readings Indicate?

Question: I have felt dizzy the past two days, w/a BP avg 78/60 & a HR of 136, which is very unusual for me, as it is usually in the mid 40s
I take 5 mg of Terazosin & 2.5 mg Lisinopril daily in the evening & I weigh 145? I haven't been taking any cold meds or even a cough drop in over a week. All else seems normal.
Also my BP monitor wants to give me more error msg than readings. Should I just keep an eye on it for a couple of days or try to get in to see my doctor/PA?

Brief Answer:
Check if your pulse is irregular
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
At first I would advise you not to take Lisinopril If you have low blood pressure.
If you have heart rate of 136, which is anusual for you, you should pay attention if your pulse is irregular. In this case most probably you have developed atrial fibrillation. It is a common arrhythmia in your age among patients with arterial hypertension. In this case I would advise you to see your doctor, have an ECG done and check serum electrolyte level.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
