Brief Answer:
Findings suggests raised BUN and creatinine level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests raised BUN and creatinine level, still it is not an indication to start dialysis or transplant.
Requirement of dialysis depend on many factors such as the patient’s age, complications and GFR(glomerular filtration rate) level etc.
You may need clinical correlation and treatment of underlying etiology if any(like chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, glomerulonephritis, infection, medicine side effects, dehydration etc).

You may need diet and fluid restriction.
You should consult nephrologist. You need proper evaluation.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
