Brief Answer:
It is important to rule out conditions like anemia, bone marrow disorder etc

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Normal level of CD4 count in a healthy adult person is about 500-1200 cells/mm3 and normal CD percentage is between 30% and 60%.
CD4 count and percentage are mildly decreased.Low CD4 count may be seen in pneumonia, sepsis, tuberculosis, over exercising, normal daily variation, psychological stress etc.
However,it may also be low in healthy person without any apparent reason.

CD4/CD8 percentage is also low and it may be due to many reasons like AIDS,anemia, bone marrow abnormality etc.

Since all tests of HIV are negative,it rules out AIDS.

Your condition need clinical correlation and further investigations. It is important to rule out conditions like anemia, bone marrow disorder etc.

If other conditions are excluded then it may be considered as normal variation.
