Left lower Quadrant Pain / Under Assessment
Detailed Answer:

Hi,Dear thanks for your query and updates.
Dear -"no aggressive osseous lesions"-this remark is in regard to the findings of the bone density and the lesions caused in the abdominal and pelvic bones after knee replacement surgery you had 6 weeks back.
So you need not worry for problems with your knee replacement surgery and the after effects in the bone density due to the disturbed Calcium/ phosphorous metabolism.
If need be if pain or knee quadriceps wasting is there, CT Knee would resolve the worry about any bony changes compromising your healing post -knee replacement surgery.
Hope this would resolve your query on the "no aggressive osseous lesions"
Welcome for any further query in this regard, which I would attend in next session.
If no more query ,Will appreciate You,to write excellent feedback review,to help the needy patients like YOU, at the HCM.
Good Day!!
