What Do These CT Lung Screening Reports Indicate?

Question : My husband recently had a CT Screening Lung Scan. I'm concerned over a few of the findings.

There are tiny lung nodules which are most probably benign but in a chronic smoker needs surveillance which has been opined in the report also.

Dilated aorta may be due to atherosclerosis.

Real cyst is a normal finding.

Overall, nothing of major concern.
