What Do These CT Scan Images Indicate?

Question : can someone look at these CT images for me? I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain for 7 days now, low grade fever, intense bloating and just not feeling good have accompanied the pain. there are minutes at a time where the pain is intense but there is a constant aching pain in my lower right abdomen. On day 6...yesterday...I went for a CT and need to know what they mean! I have been to a gastroenteronologist, but he was less than helpful. he didn't even press on my abdomen at all. please help!

Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1. First of all you have reported me only 3 photos of abdominal Ct. In fact I need more of them to give an accurate opinion.
Otherwise as I review of Ct photos , it seems to be everything normal.
2. Your symptoms like lower abdominal pain fever etc may be related with :
- ovarian issues like cysts
- urinary infection
- gastroenteritis.
- appendicitis ( less common since you have more than a week with these symptoms)
This is why it would be great if you send me the full report of your abdominal Ct.
3. Meantime I would suggest to do:
- consult gynecologist
- blood work to check about leukocytosis
- urinary analysis
You can start to use antispasmodic drugs like Buscopan plus antibiotic ciprofloxacine.
