Detailed Answer:
Hello Rsp. XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
I have gone through attachments OF ECG tracing and Reporting Of echo provided by you.First of all i would like to know what were symptoms of Mr XXXXXXX when ECG was taken. There is Autoreporting of ECG by machine i.e.Inferior infarct.which raises the doubt of heart attack in past. But The ECG tracing is not showing all standard leads i.e leads 2.3 and AVF and even AVR. so whenever we have doubt of such situation we go for more reliable investigation i.e.Echocardiogram,which is normal in case of Mr XXXXXXX
Moreover if a patient is obese then even we get such q wave pattern in inferior leads of ECG.
so irrespective of auto reporting of ECG machine we follow over all clinical picture and Echo report( which in this case is normal.)
I would like to know other relevant history and clinical picture before concluding that his heart is normal.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD
