Brief Answer:
Common variation

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is completely normal to have slightly higher HCG as ovulation date is never constant and HCG levels are also fluctuating at this gestation and also between various times of the day.
There is nothing to worry as long as they are in range at are higher than expected.
Just relax and wait for your ultrasound date.
Wish you a healthy pregnancy
Take care

Brief Answer:
no reason in your case

Detailed Answer:
Yes in your case since there is only a slight elevation there is no reason at all.
Had it been double or much higher then twins and hydatiform mole are two possible reasons.
But in your case nothing to worry
