Question: My HCG level is 16 MIU and im 20DPO. Got my periods today. Home test shows Positive.

Can it be implantation bleeding and not abortion. Periods are not heavy as usual and i had cramps but bearable only.
I had taken a blood test and it shows beta HCG value as 16 mul. Anything above 5 is pregnant right?
I have read abortion are normally very painful. Whole thing im going through is not that painful.

If it is an abortion, what should i do next? Can i still try for a baby immediately or should i wait? What are my chances of getting pregnant again ?
