Brief Answer:
once lower than the upper limit stated, it is normal

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Elevated would be outside of the normal range stated. The top values are the upper limit of normal, outside of these top values would be too high.

This means that according to your form: (a) for the LD 1 - more than 38 would be too high/elevated
(b)LD2- more than 43
(c)LD3- more than 26
(d)LD4- more than 12
(e)LD 5 -more than 14

All of your values are within the normal ranges stated at on the form and all of them would be considered normal.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Thanks for the quick reply, yes i understand the limits of this particular test but i want to know what levels starts to bring in liver disease.. Having elevated bilirubin makes it a touchy issue... Im thinking that 11 at 32 years of age is a concern...

Brief Answer:
if it goes over then abnormal, this is fine for your age

Detailed Answer:
HI

No, this level does not indicate that you are currently at risk of liver disease and is not a concern for your age, it would be concerning only when it steps outside of the range or is just under. Even then ,if all of the others are normal, may be monitored.
If you wish to further check your liver function , you may want to consider the liver enzymes- AST, ALT, Alk phos, GGt

Most persons with Gilberts have a normal liver function tests and normal expectancy unless there are other issues.
Persons with gilberts can actually be considered liver organ donors because they usually have normal function so you should be ok unless there are other medical problems

Please feel free to ask anything else

Ok, so this is all the same test... I was fasting for about 4 hours after having a light meal. My concern is based on a few issues...
1: ictchy
2: pains in my liver area
3: lose stool ( not liquid )

When i eat my bilirubin is around 1.2/.6 range..

Im sorry for my anxiety over this but i just want to be able to say all results are fine and blood is tests are stable and healthy

Brief Answer:
this is fine

Detailed Answer:
HI

There are a number of different causes for itching, in most persons, it is not related to the liver at all.
Pain in the upper right abdomen can be related to any structure in this area from the skin inwards- (A)skin (infection, inflammation eg dermatitis, shingles), (B)underlying muscles and other soft tissue- inflammation, trauma, excess activity,(C) gallbladder

Loose stool is also not a definitive indicator of liver disease and usually related to the bowel itself

These bilirubin values are also normal, within an accepted range unless otherwise indicated by your lab.

For all blood tests there is an accepted normal range, there is a lower and upper limit.
Values outside of these limits are considered abnormal but once a result is within the NORMAL range, it is normal, it is fine and acceptable.

Anxiety is a very common problem and it is just as important as a physical or structural problem.
If you find that you are unduly anxious about your health or any other issues, you may want to consider speaking to your doctor to see if he or she can help.

If anything else unclear , can let me know
