                                    Brief Answer:
No medicines needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
I have read your report and LDL and totakl cholesterol are not slightly elevated. If you do not have a medical history of diabetes, hypertension, heart problems, etc, then you do not need medicines for this much raised cholesterol.
You should take low fat diet and avoid milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, creams, etc. You should also exercise daily for atleast 20 - 30 min a day.
Hope it helps.

Yes vit D is deficient
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes vit D is deficient. How are the serum calcium levels?
You will need vit D supplements in the dose of atleast 10mcg (400IU) daily. The usual dose ranging from 6000IU to 60000IU per week. It may be taken orally or injection. There are many good brands available.
Hope it helps.
