Brief Answer:
not much compression , drug and physiotherapy may help

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Sorry for the delayed response.
I have gone through all your MRI images uploaded by you.
There is no Progression from previous January image. Also the compre4ssion is very mild . Your normal lumbar curvature is absent and that may be due to muscle spasm due to pain. One other differential of such abnormality in young may be ankylosing spondylosis but difficult to label your disease with this diagnosis at present. May consult a rheumatologist or neurologist for proper evaluation.
You can take pain killer with muscle relaxants( Like Etoricoxib 60 MG+Thiocolchicoside 4 MG) may be taken twice after meal, Pregabalin with methylcobalamin (75 mg + 750 microgram) in night. You can ask your local doctor for a prescription.

The drugs have some sedation also and as best started in low dosage and increased if needed based on patient response.
I will advise you to be in consultation with a neurologist .
hope you found the answer helpful.

Dr Neeraj Kumar

Hi doctor ,
Thank you for the very detailed suggestions ..I will certainly incorporate them in my routine ..my physion has currently making me do.this one exercise for.low back tension release ..lying flat on back .. Knees bent ..and breathe in ..tuck in tummy and and tighten buttocks .. Is this doing harm for l5 s1 area ? I someyime s see a slight increase in tingling when I do this . or is it that I am doing them wrongly ..

Also do u see any neccesity of muscle relaxants .? I have quite a bit of spams in low back which I feel when u do back bends and slight fwd bend..

One most important thiig is that I m faced with this situation very often when I have no option but to sit in autos or four wheelers ..when the seats are in obtuse angle reclined fashion and heights is quite low or very high .. Seating portion is not flat but inclined upwards .. In such case I end up sitting reluctantly and tightly ..my mind just doesn't allow me to sit relaxed..I feel I wud end up.roundingspine .. What are your suggestions to face such cases ... Am I better standing in such cases and opting for public transport ?

Brief Answer:
contact physiotherapy and can try muscle relaxant also

Detailed Answer:
muscle strengthening. Back extension and leg extension exercises may be done when pain and spasm decreases.
You can take muscle relaxant if spasm is there.
Try to sit with back supported and avoid leaning and stooping. Change posture frequently.
You can stand for some time if it feels relaxed.
Better to do physiotherapy and avoid jerks as much as possible.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
