Brief Answer:
Hello dear. your liver enzymes are abnormal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the reports.
I can see that the liver enzymes are abnormally elevated. You require an evaluation to look for the cause of this elevation.
Likely causes include viral infections, drugs, steatohepatitis etc. Since monocytes are also elevated , it points towards some viral infection.
You can get your viral serologies done and revert back with the reports.
Moreover i would also lie to know why the labs were ordered. I mean, what symptoms prompted you to get the labs done?
Thanks and regards
