Hi Doctor,

I am 30 and do not have any significant medical history. I smoke (around 10 years now and around 3-4 smokes on an average) and drink (moderate however over the last 6 months, it has gone up due to stress at work).

I do not have jaundice or any other similar symptoms.

I have uploaded the blood test results.

Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome again and thanks for the details

Looking at your reports; you have uploaded it seems to be a case of fatty liver, in which infiltration of fat cells or triglycerides occurs into liver cells leading to enlargement and fibrosis of the liver.

You need not to worry , it's a reversible condition with certain life style modifications like
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking.
Low fat diet
Regular physical exercise and reduce your body weight if you are obese.
Have lots of fresh fruits, raw or steamed vegetables and dietary fiber supplements.

There are certain medicines also available in the market which can be taken under supervision of doctor like Liv 52, udiliv or Amentiodine.
I would advise you to visit your doctor or an a gastroenterologist in your own time for prescription of any of these drugs and regular follow up until it recovers fully

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for further clarification or follow up questions I will gladly answer you
Wish you good health.
