Question : I have sgpt 44 and sgot 72.. is it normal or anything to worry

I have uploaded the report. I consume alcohol almost everyday and wanted to check how the liver is functioning. No symptoms.

Probable alcoholic liver disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your liver enzymes are increased.
This could be probably be due to alcoholic liver disease.
You need to quit drinking alcohol.
Also get tested for Hepatitis B and C infection.

Get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to assess the status of liver and to rule out chronic liver disease.
