Question : Can you identify the brown spot on my penis, and the white scaly bump patches.
I don't know if I have just been paying more attention to the area and I just noticed them or if they just appeared. The spots are painless and do not itch. I would like to know if this is an std or something else.
Background: Had unprotected sex 7 weeks ago.
-Was tested for std's (10 panel test: chlamydia, gonnorhea, herpes, etc) after 1.5, 3, and 6 weeks, all came back negative

Brief Answer:
No evidence for STD or warts
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thakns for posting your query.
You need not worry about the possibility of STD or warts. Your test reports also confirmed the same.
I am able to see the pearly penile papules over the glans penis and few papules over inner aspect of the inner aspect of prepuce, possibly Fordy's spots. Both conditions are harmless, not infectious and has no clinical importance.
I am not able to see any brown spot or white scales in the picture. In one picture there is a reddish spot is there. Possibly due to some irritation and will disappear after somtime with siple washing with plaine water 9avoid soaps) and abstain from sex.

In the first and second picture the brown spot I am talking about is on the left side of my penis shaft, the spot is very small could you take another look please. I am concerned because I asked another healthcare provider online and they said it could possibly be a wart. I will add another picture or two of the brown spots.
Brief Answer:
Not related to genital wart
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I am able to see the brown spot you had referred. It is not at all a wart or STD. It is just a mole like thing. Just ignore the same.

Also can you identify the discoloration in my penis tip in the picture I have added
Brief Answer:
Not significant. Can be ignored
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Small and multiple tiny eruptions over the glans are not to be worried much. If it is of orignal color of the glans (pink) ignore the same. If it is red or associted with white deposits indicates inflammation either due to infection of irritation.
Consult your doctor and get well soon.

Hey Doctor, I have one last question. Yesterday and today my penis tip and the skin surrounding the urethral hole is sensitive and hurts a bit from walking around and rubbing. Any idea what this could be. I will add pictures of the area
I have uploaded the pictures. I am just a little paranoid about the possibility of it being herpes but I was tested for it and all other stds 1.5, 3, and 6 weeks after the incident and they were all negative.
i should note that I have been touching the area more recently as of Sunday out of paranoia looking for something developing.

Brief Answer:
You are free from STD.No evidence for Herpes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
When your foreskin was closed you would not have felt the sensitivity around the urethral opening. When the foreskin kept exposed, you would like some extra sensitivity. That is natural. Nothing to worry.
From the picture attached recently or in earlier pictures I am not able to find any evidence of Genital Herpes.
You are free from any STD.

Hi,

I saw all the pictures. If there is mild inflammation over the meatus then also the sensitivity would increase. But I am not make out any inflammation from the pictures. Moreover as per HCM policy we are not expected to prescribe any drug. We will give the guidance only.
You have to consult your physicial (Urologist or Venereologist) for futher help if the symptoms persist.
