What Do These TSH And LH Levels Indicate?
Question: I am 32 yr old female trying to conceive 2nd child. Results of blood test done on day 3 of my cycle-
My serum tsh is 1.24, serum LH is 6.27 mIU/ml, serum prolactin is 9.5ng/ml and serum FSH is 5.29mIU/ml. All tests done on day 3 using Cmia method. Are the values fine? Thank you

Yes all the reports are normal and within clinical range so you have good chances of conception.
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) Try to keep a pillow beneath your buttocks after sexual intercourse so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside vagina for a longer time.
2) You should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes after intercourse
3) Try conventional position of intercourse, female lying down on bed
4) Maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case in women with regular cycles so try having intercourse during this time on alternate days.
I hope these measures will help you in conception in near future.

AMH Levels are raised and thus are suggestive of polycystic ovarian syndrome and is the most probable cause of infertility in her case.
I would suggest you to visit a good infertility specialist and get a follicular study and ovulation induction and thus timed intercourse according to the rupture of egg seen in follicular study.
This will increase the chance of conception manifold.
