Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for your query.

I did review your reports. They seem near normal to me except for some aberrations which need to be addressed.

Large unstained cells may be increased especially with high monocyte count in a recent infection especially viral infections that affect the body. Low serum globulin can be seen when immunity falls down or kidney problems occur, but your creatinine is normal.

Your hematocrit is slightly high but that is okay and not to be worried about so is the low PCT with a normal platelet count.MCHC is also pretty much normal since MCV is normal and hemoglobin is normal. High VLDL can be controlled with slight dietary modifications including low saturated fat diets. serum amylase is also very borderline elevated and needs to interpreted with caution.

I would like to know if you had any problems in the recent time or if you are having any chronic problems with health. If not than these changes likely represent recovery from a recent viral infection and need not be worrisome. A repeat blood test may be done after 3 weeks along with serum amylase levels to ensure normalization of values.

I hope this helps sir.
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Wish you all the very best.
Sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai.

Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply query.

Pain in the stomach can be due to many causes. Smoking especially can precipitate gastritis and cause such pain or it could be from some other source.

For feeling tired- Can you answer me these few questions?-
1 Have you experienced any unintentional weight changes (loss or gain) recently?
2 Do You feel excessively sleepy during the day time?
3 Has there been any recent new stress in your work or home?

Since most of the laboratory tests have been done my advice would be to try do a course of Omeprazole 40mg tablet 1 OD in the morning before breakfast for 7 days and see if the pain subsides and how do you feel.

Let me know the answers to the above questions.
Let me know if you have any other concerns sir.
Sincerely,

Dr Parth Desai.
