Brief Answer:
Mild infection is there, otherwise normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr Divakara P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well there should not be any WBC in semen while you have 8-10 WBC , it indicates infection either in prostrate or in urine. I recommend you get a test called Semen culture sensitivity test ( usually this test will be done along with semen analysis) and get started on an antibiotic once the report comes.

Apart from this your semen analysis report is fine and nothing needs to be done. You didn't mentioned the percentage of sperms having normal motility, kindly let me know.

Hope this information was useful you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Your Sperm motility is normal.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the information.

See the motility of the sperm decreases with the passage of time . What is important is the percentage of fully motile sperm initailly when examined. A percentage of 50 or more is considered normal .

In your case percentage of fully motile sperm is 75% which is well above normal levels . With time the percentage of motile sperms decreases which is normal and so is in your case .

So bottom line is your sperm motility is normal.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
